Note on the Right of Cancellation

The statutory right of cancellation (14 days) applies exclusively to the purchase of gift certificates through our website.

There is no statutory right of cancellation for bookings of vacation apartments, vacation homes, or other lodging services. Pursuant to Section 312g(2)(9) of the German Civil Code (BGB), contracts for the provision of lodging services with a fixed travel period are excluded from the right of cancellation.

Therefore, only the cancellation and booking terms agreed upon at the time of booking apply to vacation rental bookings.
