Arrival and departure:
Your vacation apartment is available from 16.00 hrs.
We ask you to leave the apartment by 10.00 am and leave the key and the guest cards on the table.

Bicycle - Ski - Storage room:
You are welcome to store your equipment in the designated room in the basement of the house. We assume no liability. Outside we have further bicycle storage facilities - covered and open.

Battery e-bike
Please take care not to leave the battery of your e-bike unattended while charging.

TV:
All receivable broadcast channels are preset and programmed. Please do not change any TV channels.

Guest cards/Allgäu Walser cards:
Your Allgäu Walser cards are in your apartment.
If you lose your Allgäu Walser card, we have to charge a 5 € deposit.

Garden:
At the Montana Haus you can use our garden with a Hollywood swing and comfortable loungers for sunbathing and relaxing.

Liability:
We would like to point out that our sauna, swimming pool and children's playground are not supervised. The use of all facilities is at your own risk. Montana Ferienwohnung Vermietung accepts no liability for accidents or damage.

Locked out of the apartment
Please note that if you are locked out of your apartment during your stay, a service fee of €20 will be charged.

*House rules
In our mutual interest, consideration for other guests is essential. Thank you for your understanding.

*Pets
Please make sure that your pet is kept on a leash on the premises. The garden at Montana House should not be considered a dog toilet.

Internet:
All our apartments have WLAN. You will find your personal access codes on the information board in your apartment.

Spa tax: (subject to change by the spa administration)
Children up to 11 years are free.
Adolescents 12-15 years: € 2.55 per day (spa district I)
Adults aged 16 and over: € 3.20 per day (spa district I)

Fridge:
Please empty completely before departure, do not leave any food or drink in the fridge.

Defects:
Please report any defects within 48 hours so that we can rectify them promptly.

Furniture:
Please leave the furniture in the apartment and do not exchange it with other furniture from the apartments.

Waste separation:
Please separate your waste into paper, glass, organic and residual waste. You will find the appropriate waste bins in the entrance area of Montana Haus. Please do not throw glass bottles into the glass containers between 10 p.m. and 8 a.m.

*Night's rest
Between 10 p.m. and 7 a.m. we ask you to keep quiet.

Parking:
If your apartment has an underground garage or parking space, please use it.
Guests of Montana Haus are welcome to use the driveway of Montana Haus for loading and unloading.
If you do not have an underground garage or parking space included in the rental price, you are welcome to rent one of our six chargeable parking spaces at reception, subject to availability.
(Fee: 6 € per day)

Reception:
Our reception is open Monday to Friday
from 9.00 am - 12.00 pm and Monday, Tuesday and Thursday from 2.00 pm - 4.00 pm.

Damage:
Should damage occur despite all due care, please report it immediately to reception.

Key handover:
The key will be sent to you by post 10 days before arrival. If you book at short notice, we will leave the key in a key box directly at Montana Haus. You will receive an e-mail with the information before your arrival.

Playroom:
Family fun for young and old. The table tennis room with play corner for the little ones is located opposite the wellness area in our basement.

Playground:
When the weather is nice, our little guests can explore our playground.

Cancellation policy:
Cancellations are subject to a cancellation fee of 90% of the room rate. As soon as we cancel, the apartment will be available for booking again on all channels.
These fees may be reduced by the number of nights rented out again - but of course there is no guarantee.
We recommend that you take out travel cancellation insurance. You can book this conveniently online under this link:

Consumables:
Please bring your own toilet paper, washing-up utensils, washing-up liquid, soap, coffee filters and spices.

Laundry room:
In the laundry room in the basement (Montana Haus) there are washing machines and dryers, which you are welcome to use (for a fee, only 1 € coins are accepted).

Linen:
Your apartment is equipped with bed linen, towels (1 bath towel and 2 small towels) and tea towels. A change of linen is available for a fee at reception. Please bring your own sauna towel and/or bathrobe. We would be pleased if you would remove the bed linen on the day of departure and put it in the bathroom with the hand and kitchen towels.

Wellness area:
Indoor swimming pool, sauna and fitness room are only available to our guests in the basement of the house.
from 8.00 - 20.00 o'clock. Please refrain from bringing crockery or glass bottles into the wellness area. Please bring your own sauna towel and/or bathrobe. Pets are not allowed in the wellness area.

Apartment handover:
Please leave the apartment swept clean on the day of departure. The cleaning of the kitchen, such as dishes, glasses etc. is your responsibility.
