We will be happy to send you an optional offer by e-mail or post. All prices quoted in this offer include final cleaning, bed linen, towels and tea towels.
If you are happy with the offer, you can make a binding booking by clicking on the “Confirm booking” button.
We will then send you the invoice by e-mail, which you should pay up to 14 days before your arrival. A deposit is not necessary.
Please complete the online check-in in good time before your arrival, as we need your personal data to create the guest cards.
We will send you the apartment key by post up to 10 days before your arrival. Another key
on weekdays in our rental office.
Arrival in your apartment is possible from 4 p.m., or earlier by arrangement with us.
2 days before your arrival you will receive an e-mail from us with information about your arrival.
If you have an apartment with an underground parking space, please note the following maximum dimensions
maximum dimensions: (H:1,60m/W:1,90m/Length: 5,20m/Load:1.800Kg)
If your vehicle does not fit in the underground garage, we have six paid parking spaces for our guests on the garden side of the Montana Haus, which can be rented for 5 euros per day. Reservation is required as these spaces are very popular and get booked up quickly.
Alternatively, simply look in the side streets where parking is free of charge - but you will need a bit of luck to find a free space.

during your stay
Your guest card (AllgäuWalserCard) will be deposited in your apartment with the registration form. Please sign it and bring the registration form to the office, we look forward to your visit.

Our guests at Montana Haus can use the indoor swimming pool, sauna and fitness room during opening hours.

Your departure day
Your apartment is at your disposal until 10 am on the day of departure. Please remember to put your guest card (AllgäuWalserCard) on the table together with the apartment key.
If you lose your Allgäu-Walser Card, we will have to charge a €5 deposit.
